šŸ“˜Moderation Policy

Our Wisconsin State Roleplay Staff Team has certain guidelines and regulations when it comes to moderating players via our rules.

Our Staff Team does not moderate players without proper evidence. Our Staff need either video or picture evidence before moderating a player. Witnesses do not count as proper evidence; therefore, our Staff cannot moderate players based solely on witness accounts.

When our Staff moderates you for breaking a rule, you are not permitted to argue or fight with the Staff Member. If you believe the moderation is invalid, you may create a ticket in our Discord Server, and we will review it.

If you see a Staff Member invalidly moderating someone, moderating you, or breaking server rules, you may report the Staff Member via our Ticket System in our Discord Server, and we will investigate.

Moderation actions taken against you are logged in our Melonly system and remain logged indefinitely.

You may check your moderation logs here!

Moderation Types

ā€¢ Verbal Warnings ā€¢ Warnings ā€¢ Kicks ā€¢ Bans

ā€¢ 3 logged Verbal Warnings result in a Warning ā€¢ 3 logged Warnings result in a Kick ā€¢ 3 logged Kicks result in a Ban from our In-Game Server

When you are kicked from our in-game server, you are not permitted to rejoin for 30 minutes. Attempting to rejoin to argue your ban will result in a longer ban. If you have an inquiry about the moderation action taken against you, please create a support ticket within our communications server. The in-game server is not the place to argue your punishments.

In case of a ban from our in-game server, you can submit a Ban Appeal here!
