📘Reports

At Wisconsin State Roleplay, we understand that not everything works out perfectly. Therefore, we have a reporting system for members to use within our Discord Server. This is a simple guide on how to report another member.

Within our Discord Server, please go to the Game Reports channel in our Misc category. In there, you are able to create a post. Ensure that your post includes either a photo or a video as evidence and all the necessary information for our staff to review the report. Please make sure to also include the username of the player you want to report.

Our on-shift staff will review your report and label it as either Invalid or Resolved after reviewing it. Whether your report is resolved or invalid, your post will be locked. In case of the report being resolved, our staff will moderate the reported player accordingly.

Please refrain from pinging any staff in your post, as our automatic bot system will notify our on-shift staff for you. Pinging any staff member will not expedite your response and may lead to moderation of your account.

Do not use the Game Reports channel to report any staff member! Refer to the Moderation Policy!
